Yes, every project includes a free support period after delivery, with its duration specified in the agreement, covering fixes for software bugs related to the original scope of work. It does not cover new features or issues resulting from third-party modifications to the system.

Our packages include: proactive 24/7 system monitoring, rapid incident response under a Service Level Agreement (SLA), continuous security updates, regular backups with recovery plans, periodic maintenance, modifications and improvements to your existing systems, and periodic reports on system status.

If a project is canceled after execution has begun, the value of work actually completed up to the cancellation date is calculated and deducted from the amounts paid, with the difference refunded if any — noting that the advance payment is non-refundable once actual work has started. Before execution begins, the full amount is refunded.

You are entitled to a full refund when canceling at least seven days before the course starts, a 50% refund when canceling less than that before the start, and no refund is available after the course begins or after attending any of its sessions.
